A spin on a Vieux Carre inspired by the reinvigoration on the uptown neighborhood in the past decade, the dropping of old Oakland stereotypes and the best goddamn weather in the country.

The sidecar is a well loved Hennessy martini that many of our customers enjoy. For this special, we will be upgrading the cocktail from Hennessy VS to VSOP!

A Pulp Fiction reference, the drink was created by four women on our bar staff and named after the ill-fated TV show Mia Wallace casually mentions starring in -- Fox Force Five.

We were so inspired by the abundance of tomatoes at Oliveto, we wanted to show them off in at the bar!

Oakland Special

We considered ourselves as the gate of Oakland Chinatown. This drink was created with the inspiration of the different senses and tastes of Oakland Chinatown and its neighborhood.

Named after the Hotel in Oakland where Amelia Earhart had an office and planned her record setting trip from Hawaii to Oakland. The cocktail itself is a spin off of a paper plane.

Dock Of The Bay was inspired by Osco Sea Gin and Yumé Boshi Ume Plum Syrup (both made right here in Oakland!) A natural pairing, the two enhance and balance one another in this refreshing sparkler.

A Cote is like a little slice of Europe in the middle of Oakland, and so is this cocktail — local gin from Oakland Spirits Company mixes with classic European flavors for a bright, herbaceous drink.

The “Overlook Hotel” was inspired by the classic martini. So perfect in its simplicity. So we wanted to keep the flavors subtle but add to its complexity.

Inspired by a Jidenna album title, the Bart to Calbuco takes your taste buds on a ride to the mountains of Patagonia. Meaning the "First Warrior into Battle" the Bart to Patagonia will make you brave.

This was Peter Van Kleef’s mother favorite drink. She drank them with her friends while playing bridge.

The ume rum has a delicate lingering flavor, perfect mid note and a balanced brine, I wanted to compliment all of this....the mezcal adds a round note and the watermelon shrub plays with the Ume mid note.
