COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK

Old Harbor

Infused Tamarin Rum, agave, lime juice, egg whites, Amaro Di angostura, Cocktail

This drink is an ode to the history of spirits being traded and sold amongst the Old Harbors in the Caribbean during the 17th century. Tamarin, lime juice, agave, Amora di angostura, and egg whites are the main ingredients that bring this Rustic cocktail to life. It represents the history and plight of all the pirate ships and trading vessels that moved in and out of the Old Caribbean harbors to bring elixirs to the people.
